Game Topic

We chose this topic because we thought it would be good to help show that lots and lots of animals are going extinct and that we must say something about it and that it would help to make a game and show that we care. 

Why I like my topic

I like my topic because it goes good with it and its not boring. The game keeps the player happy not bored to death and want to just quit the game and find another. I don't just like the game i'm hoping others will like the game and vote it for the best. I will try to make it fun and not boring. I hope this game will get voted for and not be boring. This is why I like the topic to my game.

Paper Prototype

My game idea is about making a game about war and trying to save your country from being captured. The game will have soldiers shooting at you with cannons, you have to find a treaty to stop the war. To save your country there will be alot of papers but one is the real one. If you choose the wrong one your army or troop will lose the war and your country will be endangered. I want the game to go smooth as I visioned it would go. What really excites me is that I get to do this on my own, yes its hard but i'm trying. Another reason why is that I get to try different things and thats how my game will go.

My game

My game is about finding out how the bees in the world are disappearing were are they going and you must the mutated bees that have green eye lids and the red mutated bee. What I really like about our game is that the first level works completely, that a lot of people like our game, and that the second level almost works. The things we I can do better is stop fighting with my partner, take our time, and make our second level work.   

Final Game Reflection

I've learned how to make a complete game even though its not the best I learned how to make enemies and levels. I have gotten better at making things work and completing assignments and staying on task. 

I have gotten better at solving things on my own better then I did last year, I would need a partner or a teacher to help me fix it. I have learned a lot from my topics that I researched most of them are caused by us we mess up things by our own actions and we need to fix that. I would do better either on my own or with a partner because I needed to learn more before I do things on my own now that I know a lot of things for a game I can work on my or with a partner. I mostly like solving problems by myself because someone else could want it done another way just with a little bit of help if I need it, and yes I am more confident with computers. The most valuable part of Globaloria this year was working with a partner and making a game and not being bored but having fun. The most challenging thing in Globaloria was that my partner and I had some issues with the game and make each other mad and was not easy to fix.

Platform game project

I have enjoyed working with the platform game and I enjoyed it because I wanted to try something new and accomplish it and make me feel great. I have learned how to make my character move right to left and jump I have learned that you have make sure that one code put in wrong can cause a whole bunch of problems. I learned that I got angry and that sometimes I was happy about myself for what I accomplished. Is that we finished the codes. And my least favorite thing is that I cant get my character to move or jump at least.Yes I think this project was very challenging to finish even though I didn't finish, it was challenging because I didn't even finish and if it was an easy project I would be done and that's  why its challenging

My winter and new years brake

Pretty much my Christmas and new years was terrible cause my biggest present was taken from me cause my house was robbed and my car broke down on the same day I was coming home from out of town I was in Waxahachie and couldnt get home until my dad tried one more time to fix the car with a bar used to unscrew the tire off a car. Then my house get robbed and takes all my good stuff and Christmas presents but atleast I got to go out of town with my family.

Rotate and Roll

Rotate and Roll is a game for someone of the age of 10 to 17. The player will learn about how to plan things before they happen and like when they should happen. The back ground of this game will look like the sky with clouds and the sun or at night with clouds and the moon. This setting will add to the learning of my game by playing and watching how this game will work. The environment of my game will help the player learn by what your character will have to face or how they have to live. The player will need to use their knowledge of their own in order to complete what they have ahead of them. Quizes give you the information but games make you do the information given to you, you are playing that information.

Darfur Is Dying

1. What did you learn about Darfur by playing the game Darfur is Dying? That Darfur needs food and water cause the soldiers always keep taking it and they can not get caught or else they will take his food and water and take him/her.
2. In the game Darfur is Dying, you can choose to forage for water and use different characters. Are there differences in the characters? Why did the game designers make the characters have different abilities? Does this tell you anything about what is happening in real life? Yes because the older you get the slower you get the younger you get the faster you are. 3. Another part of the game is to maintain camp. Do you think this was just for fun or was there another reason this is included in the game? I think its here to show what these people had to go through and the problems of surviving.
4. The game also includes ways do things like write a letter to the president or share the game on facebook? Why do you think this is? because if the presisdent heres about it he will proly do something about it
5. Did playing the game inspire you to learn more about Darfur or to do something to help? Why? Get more into it because I feel bad for them.

Steve Jobs made a change to computers If he didn't exist we would never would have these computers or your MP3's in your pocket. Me I didnt even know who he was until now Pixar is one of my favorite movies and I had my dreams about what I wanted to I hoped there would be a new generation of laptops, Ipods,MP3's,phones,and Iphones. On this day terist made an attempt to hijack a air plane and crash it in to the World Trade Center and took both the towers down. People were in great fear people wonder are all the planes getting hijacked and are we going to get in all of America what going on. I want to know what would Usama get out of this? I think Usama wanted to scare us off to leave their country but I dont think thats it I know that Usama was in the army with americans and he went to war with his own kind and he didnt want that so he betraid us and did this attack on us.

a single story

A single story is like a stereotype like if they say something about how you look and the way you dress and I have been made fun of the way I dressed and the way I look because I wore glasses they considered me a nerd and I got beat up for that, but I tried to hold it in but I couldn't when they started to talk about my mom they said shes fat and she proly wore glasses and she dresses like me and she talk like me and I couldn't hold that in, and one straight Punch to his face he was bleeding and Ive said this already and Ill say it again I was beat up for that. The kids I saw wernt dressed like me and didn't ware glasses like me and I got left out and I changed the way I talk the way I dressed and I still have my glasses cause I need them so didn't change that and my dad may hate that but hes going to need to get used to it.

cyberbullying

Ive seen some one get bullied before and never did anything about it I just enjoyed it. I have also been the bully before and I thought it was fun but for when they stop you your not going to be the one who is going to be enjoying ISS or detention or school suspension. In the movie cyberbully they teach you how to stand up for your self and to not be afraid if I keep doing that up I wont have to be the one having to commit suicide. When your are the bully you feel powerful you have all athority over that one person so you can say give me your lunch money. I forgot about me I was once the victim and I was in fourth grade and the bully was a sixth grader I always sit in the back and they making fun of my mom I tried to hold it in and I lost it I threw one puch to his mouth he was bleeding like crazy and all his friends got up grabed me and started throwing puches to my stomach they said come on girl how long can you go? I never told my parents and if your wondering why im just not like that and I just had to take the pain. Not all kids want to take the pain even on a computer it hearts just like getting beat up because all those words just fill you up with anger and make you just want to kill your self. Dont commit suicide just tell a trusted adult.

First week of school

On my first day of school I was nervous my stomach was hurting now me and my brother are going to school together now I'm not that nervous I was so nervous that I didnt even eat breakfast

My Sea World trip

My Sea World trip was cool and people ditched me and I had to find a new partner it was Ms. Bailey and she took off on me to soon me and Bobby were planed to go on the Steel Eel with nadily and it took a while cause she was eating with her friends but her friends were scared to ride it so they didnt ride it only Bobby and me were rode it like 6 or 5 times. I asked him if he wanted to ride the Great Wite and he said no way he said that was to scary so we kept riding the Steel Eel.

I think something is going to happen

I hope I win the best looking blogger and the best wiki master and others cause something going to happen that's what I know. I think my blogger will help me win the reward for best looking blogger because I have Stewie as my back ground and my profile picture. Also I believe that I will win the best wiki master I WILL WIN.

What Iearned this year

My experience by working on my own was not fun I always need a partner to give me some help and that's why I didn't finish my game. I am proud that I had at least did something that were I can move something or click something. I have learn how to move things and make buttons thats what I learned in globaloria.

Need for Speed Carbon

A few days ago I had a party at my house and my cousin was here I ws always talking about finishing my game. It was hard to finish it cause all I had was a Nissan 350z wich I hardly hooked up and was slow and when my cousin came over I acually beat Darious. So all I do now is just go to Quick race and play some races also I go to my cars and hook up car like the Gallardo thats a fast car I mean realy fast man it looks so sick. Also when I do autosculpt my car looks so clean the colors the weels every thing looks so clean heres a picture of my Gallardo my acusall picture.:)

IPads for kids

That right there is not a good idea because what if one day he catches his brother on a inapropriet thing on his laptop at home and he tries to try the same website and does it on the IPad and no one catches him and thats what he does all day with nothing to learn. The advanteage they will get more into doing what every one dosnt like to do and start liking it. that prety much it and yah but I thought thats a prety cool idea for the kids use the IPads yah good idea.
